Alexa app for music not working

I have a beam and a roam, this problem applies to both

When using Alexa as my voice assistant it responds to questions, time weather etc however when asked to play music, radio stations, playlists etc it responds correctly however no music is then forthcoming

Have uninstalled and re installed the app and both have up to date software

help 😳

Please Disable and then Re-Enable the Sonos Skill within the Alexa App.
