When I use a voice command to play Radio 4 though Tune In Radio the sound comes through the Alexa speaker. How do I get it to come through the Sonos speakers by default?

You need to specify the Room name of the Sonos.

"Alexa, play station WXYZ in Bedroom"

"Alexa, play The Sports Hub in Kitchen"

There's hope that Amazon and Sonos will work together to allow making a Sonos speaker the default playback device for an Echo device (like an Echo Dot)... but that definitely requires work on Amazon's side and is probably almost entirely out of Sonos' hands. Voice feedback would likely still come from the Echo device though.
