Alexa and Sonos - "Drop In" Features

Question

I know other 3rd Party hardware devices (i.e. EchoBee 4) that have Alexa built in do not offer all of the same features as a true Amazon/Alexa Device. Does the Sonos-Alexa have the "Drop In" feature, where Alexa acts like a home intercom system?

It's not going to be available at launch, though that may come in time. We don't have any specifics to share on a timeline or details though.

what a pity.  without even intent, I will just have to return my Play One system and buy inferior amazon echo speakers./iaw
