Has anyone found a fix to sign in to Amazon to add Alexa? I know this was asked 6 months ago but wondered if there has been any update? As everyone else was saying, get all the way to sign into Amazon then it fails.....

Has anyone found a fix to sign in to Amazon to add Alexa? I know this was asked 6 months ago but wondered if there has been any update? As everyone else was saying, get all the way to sign into Amazon then it fails.....

Please carry out the following steps:

  • Disable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App, if Enabled
  • Uninstall the Alexa shopping App
  • Enable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App and link your accounts
  • Reinstall the Amazon shopping App.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

I’ve followed ALL of these steps repeatedly to no avail. I remain stuck in the “signing in to Amazon...” loop of death.


Probably best to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, then. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
