I’d like to raise an issue that I’ve encountered on iOS 16.6. Indeed, the music used to cut off after a random time (circa 15 min). After rolling back my phone on iOS 16.5, I can (finally) play music with no interruption. 
My current set up is a beam (gen 2), 2x play 1 and 1 sub mini.
Last detail: As a “workaround”, removing the sub mini from my Sonos set up enabled the system to work again on 16.6…

I would suggest that you recreate this issue, and submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes , and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
