Add Additional Speaker

Hi. I have an Arc, Sub and 2 One surrounds.  Sometimes when watching TV I am in my kitchen and would like to know if I can add another speaker that would play the entire audio track so that I can hear the sound from what is on TV better without having to turn up the overall volume too much.

Thanks!

Yes, if you ‘group’ another room, it will play the entire audio tracks, but be at least 75ms (for buffering) behind the main speakers. Before I got an open plan kitchen, I used to do this a lot. The only place it was a issue was in the doorway, when you could hear both ‘rooms’ at the same time.

Yes, you can add another speaker in your kitchen, then group that to play the tv audio.

There is a slight delay (75ms) in grouped speakers for tv audio, but this isn’t a factor if the kitchen and Arc are sufficiently far apart.
