We’ve had two Sonos systems on the same app (S2) for 4 years - two separate residences. With the latest upgrade, we’ve had nothing but problems.  Slowly working through the issues, but recently, the second residence has completely disappeared from my set up.  I’ve googled this and it tells me I need to set up two separate apps, and this just doesn’t make sense.  Would love someone who has experienced this to help me resolve this issue.   

 

BTW… I absolutely hate the new app!  I certainly hope you are working on the fact that it’s no longer user friendly.  I know change is hard, but this was a disaster implementation.  

Use play.sonos.com which makes it easy to control multiple systems, even if you are not located next to them.

Or use the Desktop app, which doesn’t care about accounts, or third party apps, which really don’t care about accounts.


Why have an app if you cannot use it effectively?
