Unfortunately not, any answer you get is likely to be a guess at best.

Based on iPhones 13 and 14 it was almost 3mths after they were released before Trueplay was supported on them.

The same timeframe could hold for the iPad (10th Gen), which would mean within next couple of weeks.

However, based on many iPad Pro models not being supported for Trueplay, it would not surprise me if other iPad models were added to the list of unsupported Trueplay devices in the future, so I would not expect guaranteed support.
