Sonos One Won't Drop a Router

For my Sonos One

When I drop a router (the xFinity box) through a hard reset.

Then add a router (Google Mesh)

Go through the full setup - done

Then when I try to play anything on the Sonos One, it reverts to the router that I just dropped.

Appreciate any guidance.

How do you have the XFINITY Modem / Router configured?  Typically, you only want one router on a network. The XFINITY Modem / Router should be placed in Bridge Mode and then the Google Mesh would act as the router.

Which box have you “hard reset”?

I don’t recommend Factory Reset of your SONOS system without further consult.
