Sonos Five portable CD compatibility

Does anyone have any recommendations for a portable CD player that I can connect to my Sonos Five? I have a large CD collection that I'd like to inergrate into my Sonos environment and my Five appears the best way to do so. I'm looking for something under $100. Thanks in advance.

Except for a few HiFI brands, I doubt CD players are even made any more. Or even DVD players, those could serve just as well. You may find something on eBay perhaps.

Oops...see for example:

I've seen these and yes, they are affordable. An additional question would be does this type of CD player line out into the line in port of the Five?

If it has a headphone jack, yes.

Personally, I wouldn’t use a headphone jack, as that comes after an internal amp - which may not be great on a portable.

Something with a line out would be my preference - maybe something like this :-
