sonos connect not working with tv but works in rest of home

My tv audio is not playing while directly wired to my sonos connect. The sonos plays in all speakers in the rest of the house (not the audio from that tv though). I have wired speakers in the ceiling, wired sonos speakers, and moves connected all over the property. This happened after changing internet provider.

Unplug the Sonos for at least 30 seconds and plug it back in again.

I’d try to do a power-cycle on it first.

Sounds like you can see it in the App, will it play any other source?
