I was having problems with my Sonos one connecting to the internet so was advised by the support to do a factory reset. Now I am unable to connect the product to my network. The wizard comes up and it is able to find my project, it say it is getting my Sonos One ready but then errors. Sometimes it says will send a chime sound but this doesn’t happen and it errors out. 
I have another Sonos one on my system which is connected fine but I can’t see in the app. I have never been able to have both working with Alexa capabilities at the same time, but I would take what I had because at the moment this one is flashing green at me and is useless!!

Does anyone have any advice?

Have you tried wiring the ONE SL to the network?


Yes I have hard wired it but the manage option on the app is greyed out so no where for it to be identified??

 

 


Have you force closed and restarted the controller?


Do you mean the Sonos app? If so yes! 


Did you do a normal close or a Force Close that kills all background tasks too?

I am lazy, I just reboot the whole phone/tablet.
