Recent App Update & The Headache You Gave Me

Let’s travel back into the past about a month ago. I have been a Sonos customer since 2020 after leaving Bose after decades of being a customer.

I have been happy for the most part until you decided to update.

I use to enjoy movies and television on my Arc, Sub, and two Era 100 (paired) which connected to my 65 Sony Bravia - it was mind blowing.

Now each component pairs as an additional room within a room, one can’t be found (have factory reset at least 4 times). One Word:  Frustration

 

Please get it fixed soon!  Otherwise, please take back your useless  $2,000 plus system, and I will return to Bose.  They had my consumership for twenty years, you’ve had it for four years, and I am already considering leaving you.

 

One Unhappy Customer in Canada ( I say one, but we both know, it’s much greater .
