Since you haven’t shared what router you have, I have two suggestions. Make that three. First, try a reboot of your router, sometimes forcing it to reload ‘fixes’ issues in a device. Second, if you can, wire at least one Sonos device (not a Sub or Surround) to the router with an Ethernet cable, see if that helps. Third, call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
