New TV - PlayBar only able to control volume through Sonos not TV remotes
I recently got a new TV and have a Sonos PlayBar. I'm not able to control the TV volume with either the TV remote or the cable box remote. The only way that I can change the volume when watching TV, is through the Sonos app. Any ideas on how I would be able to get the volume connected back into the TV remotes?

I had the exact same problem and l came across your question. Essentially you need to update the remote in your Sonos app as per the instructions here: https://en.community.sonos.com/home-theater-228993/playbar-changing-tv-s-6736632
