I have a sonos system at home and plan to setup a sonos speaker in my office  - both are different wifi networks - how do i set it up in the s2 app ?

In principle you could set up a new speaker in another location, even using the same Sonos. Most office networks however prevent connected devices from “seeing” each other, which is a serious problem for Sonos because your phone needs to see the speakers.
