Is there a way to use Play1 as speakers for my WindowsPC ? Specifically trying to use it for Disney+ streaming (via browser or app).

You would need to send analog output from the PC to a SONOS Line-In, then play that Line-In through the PLAY:1.
Note that it is highly likely that you will have unresolvable lip sync issues.
And the Sonos PLAY:1 does not have an analog line in.
