connecting sub

I have an arc and 2 ERA 300 units which have all connected fine however when I go to Conect the sub it gets stuck at the stage where you hold your device alongside the sub product above the indicator light as in the app. It just keeps saying can’t find the sub and you keep hitting refresh, but no Joy.

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
