Hi

I have a sonos Arc as soundbar for my TV, but I also have a pair of high end active monitors.

is it possible to set up 5x surround when I add my monitors on a sonos port for fromd L/R and two sonos one’s for rear L/R?

if aforementioned setup is possibe, i also have an additional question:Is jt possible to always include the sonos port when playing regular stereo through the sonos arc?

No, the Port connected to a pair of active speakers cannot be used as surrounds with the Arc. Read more about it here:

You can use the two Ones as rear surround speakers though.

As a concluding question:

is it correct to state there is no solution that allows connecting (non-sonos)active speakers a sonos surround setup?

You are correct.
