I have an issue with my Sonos one speaker, it won’t let me update the internet settings. I have tried resetting both speaker and sonos app and the start from scratch. But nothing works.

 

can anybody help me? 🤞🏼😊

Is this speaker wired to your router with an Ethernet cable? 

I’d probably call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
