Sonos has built adware into the app. So when my adware blocker stops traffic to braze.com, a cross-channel marketing campaign platform, it blocks me from being able to play music on my devices for several minutes.

 

Can Sonos provide a response? And allowing my usage of the app to marketing campaign platforms is not an acceptable response.

 

 

My ad blocker blocks Braze but I see no improvement when I whitelist it. But I wait in the 10-30 second range so maybe a different issue for me altogether   
 


 

 


The app shouldn’t need to contact home to play music! It’s the way of all apps now to have internet access. 
 

at least load speakers internally. Then call home for other stuff.
