I ordered an Amp to replace a ZP80 device and received the Upgrade credit when doing so.

When I received the Amp, I realised that I should have acquired a Port device so I returned the Amp to Sonos. 

I would now like to order a Port device.

My question is how do I get the Upgrade credit reapplied to the replacementPort device?

Not much the community can do here, I would recommend calling the sales line and getting them to straighten it out.
