is this deliberately that Sonos made the experience this incredible bad...or are the simply not able to make anything function and be reasonable bcos lack of skill? Look at trustpilot, were sonos cant delte bad reviews or complaints like they do massively on this community...its just sad!

I automatically ignore the postings of anyone who spells ‘because’ as ‘bcos’.  You just know they aren’t old enough to have a job.

That's because they violated the TOS by using profanity.  None of the actual criticism was deleted, just the foul language.

Nice try, though.
