I was using my sonos roam by bluetooth to play an audio from youtube video and all of the sudden it’s broken. It let out a loud sound and i can’t even turn off the device. I tried pressing and holding the power button for sometime and it’s still not getting off. The device shows a blue light but it is not blinking like when it was when we want to connect through bluetooth. This happened around 1 hour of using it. I had this speaker for around 3-4 weeks already.

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
