In blue tooth the system is beautiful. I can’t seem to get roam to connect with the playbar for watching tv.

You’re grouping them? The PLAYBAR has no Bluetooth capability. There will be a slight delay of around 75ms when doing so.
If so, there might be some sort of wifi interference , as the line in from the TV is significantly more substantial in bandwidth than a normal music stream. As such, it might be significantly more influenced by interference.
