I’ve recently been gifted a Sonos Roam… Can anyone tell me if I purchase the Qi wireless charger, will the Sonos Roam be able to be left powered on permanently and act as a 24/7 Wi-Fi speaker without auto powering off?
Ideally want to use it for 24/7 voice assistant for Alexa and not have to manually power it on to use.

Yes - a Roam left on charge will act just like a non-portable speaker. I use my own Roam in exactly this way (but with USB power - not that it’ll make a difference). I recommend installing both Alexa and Sonos Voice Control for the most control.

Yep. I keep mine on the wireless charger ready to “Rock n Roam” when needed and it behaves exactly as Corry explains.
