Sonos Move blinking white light, won’t factory reset

Sorry if this was asked before! Sonos Move with blinking white light, held the power button down till it turn off, then did a factory reset, still same white light blinking non stop! Appreciate the help!

For Sonos LED status take a look at…

White blinking indicates start up and network search. 

Are you sure you tried the reset correctly?

Appreciate your response Schlumpf! Tried the reset procedure you posted! First off, it took at least 3 minutes to turn off while holding the power button down, is that normal? Also didn’t hear a chime! Followed the next process of holding down the Join button while it’s powering up on the charger base, held the button for 5 minutes, never saw the light change to orange and white, still the same blinking white light! Is my Sonos Move toast?
