can’t connect new product

Hi

I received a roam speaker for Christmas and set it up in the relatives home I was staying in. I am now home and can’t connect to our home system. I’m trying to reset it by holding the play/pause  button while pressing the power button on and off but nothing is happening (i.e flashing orange and white light changing to green).

Please ignore!! I tried again (for about the 10th time) and I did it! I reset the speaker and now have it connected :)
