2x Dead Roam Disposable Speakers

2x dead roam speakers 14 mos/ 17mos use.  The china 18650 batteries are junk.  I guess the battery module is smart enough not to overcharge these lithium batteries to a thermal runaway condition and burn down the house.  Never buy these speakers, knowing they are disposable same as the cheaper ones.

Good job on battery control module, no lithium battery fires reported yet!!

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Sonos Roams. If you haven't already, then I would recommend you reach out to our support team as I’ve had a look in the system and I don’t see any cases under the email on your community profile.

I am sure when the batteries get below a threshold voltage the software in the battery control module will lock-out the charging circuit for safety.
