How to spot the Fake Sonos Sub 2 or 3 ? Please help me.

I trying to buy the pre owned Sonos Sub Gen 2 for my Arc set up but slightly confused.

Selling price is tied to the seller’s cost of goods … .

Also made me wonder…
Why would someone sell this for so little?

I’ve never heard of ‘fake’ product before. If you get the product’s serial number, you could call Sonos Support directly to find out.
