Almost once a week my Arc volume drops down while playing without anyone touching the bar.
To resolve this I have to unplug the arc from power and re-plug back in.
What can be done to prevent this?

Is there any other device next to the soundbar besides the TV?
I suggest trying this first for wifi interference.
