Hello I have a Sonos generation 1 system. A Connect:amp connected to the router and a couple of Play 1’s and a Play 5. The system has always worked well in the past and I have had no issues using Spotify.
The system has been reset and setup after being dormant for 6 months during renovations at home and I can no longer add Spotify as a service. It doesn’t even appear in the list of services.
I can see the rooms I have set up in the Spotify App but can not connect to any of them.
I can use other services that I have added in the Sonos App without any issue.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
