(S1) Playing a SONOS radio station & it just stopped. Went to App to restart, but it wouldn't. Each time it responded with "Unable to play the radio station". Could not get other SONOS favorites to play, either. Went to support, clicked on Chat (Bot) in case there's an easy answer, nothing happened, not even a place to enter the problem. Closed & re-started app. No different. Is SONOS down or is there something else I need to do?

I suspect a problem at your ISP or out on the Internet somewhere. Temporarily there was a connection issue. If you are the only person to complain, I suspect the issue was close to you, rather than a regional issue.

Well, it started working again! Anyone know what might have happened? [Not internet, SONOS is connected via Ethernet, as are my computer & TV, both workd fine thru all this.]
