How to delete exissting account ( mail adres and password ) to set up new one. I buy use product and like to delete this things.

Any one know how to do this ?

Are you referring to the ownership of the device that you just bought? 

After you register your own account in the system then your the new owner of the device.
But if you really wish to delete the account you need to contact the customer phone support.

155/5000   I understand everything, but a device reset is a settings reset and the account remains. He still has a different account in it, although the device works correctly after the reset.

It would be better if you could just reset the speaker completely, it will clear all information that is saved on the device, and eventually, you need to reset it also when setting it up to a new place or wifi network.
