Spotify disappeared from controller

I deleted my Spotify account from the Sonos app in order to add a new Spotify account (I couldn't find an easy way to change the account). But now Spotify doesn't appear as a choice under "Add Music Service". I can't find Spotify under any of my controllers, PC, other phones, etc. System Diagnostics number 7369575.

Could you login to your Sonos account and go to your profile and set your country.

Could you power off the bridge and the play:5, reboot your router, then power on the bridge, wait for the solid white light and then power on the play:5, if you still don't see the Spotify service, what happens if you look on a different device and which country are you in?
