problems with incompatible products between S1 and S2

im not sure what has happened, I am still using the s1 app but three of my speakers now say they are incompatible and they worked fine before, I am trying to down grade which has worked on one of them but not on the other two, but even the one that is downgraded will not let me add it back into the sonos 1 app as its saying its needs to update first and it cant update because of a problem with the boost and one of the other speakers, this is all way beyond me

Hi.  First can you confirm that you have been following this process?
