we have an iphone, and android work with no problem.  sonos s1,  another iphone got kicked off and cannot sign on, says “cannot find network”

Thank you for reaching out to the Sonos community and for letting us know about your concern. Apologies for the late reply.  

Can you tell me the software version of your iPhone? You can check it by going to your iPhone Settings > General > About > Software Version.

Also, to help you out with this, I'll be requesting from you diagnostic reports submitted from your iPhone and Android devices to find out why your iPhone can't find your Sonos system. Please don't forget to include the confirmation numbers in your response to find out the cause. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, we'll be glad to assist you.
