I have 2 wall speakers, and they are connected with to the Sonos Amp. I have them hard wired into a switch that goes into the router. The sound cuts out every few minutes for 2 seconds. I tried wireless and hard wired. Any Ideas? Here is my diagnostic code: 142509174

While you wait until a moderator picks up that diagnostic, it’s entirely possible your Sonos has received a duplicate IP address from your router. I’d recommend unplugging the Amp from power, then rebooting your router. When the router comes back up, plug back in your Amp to the power. Wait a couple of minutes for everything to settle down, then test.
Unfortunately, that did not work.
I guess we will have to wait for a community moderator to look at that diagnostic, unless you choose to call Sonos Customer Support directly.
