Is it possible to use the Hegel H160 with Sonos Connect?

Yes. Wire it to the amp's digital or analog inputs. Choose whichever sounds better to you.
You can also optionally wire the amp's RCA outputs to the CONNECT's Line-In, in case you wanted to send a signal from the amp to other Sonos players around the house.
