So I bought 2 sub minis and I just read that you can’t connect 2 sub minis is that true and is there any way I can ?

One sub mini per Room is the limit.
If you have two Sonos Rooms in the same room you can hook a mini to each.
Maybe return the 2 Sub Minis and get a Sub?
