Hello,

Sonos Connect stopped playing music last week. It will not play any music via Sonos Radio, Apple Music, or Line-in without skipping. I also have a Sonos Arc that does not have this issue. Has anyone else experienced software obsolescence on their Connect and had to replace it with the Port?

Have you tried unplugging the Connect from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router?

Yes, I have tried that also but the problem is still there. What other troubleshooting can I do?

If those don’t work, submit a diagnostic through the Sonos app and contact Sonos Support.
