Sonos Amp with Tic Speakers

I’m hoping someone can give me some advice.

I recently purchased 4 Tic GS5 speakers and 1 Tic GS50 sub, that I plan to power with a Sonos Amp. The Sonos Amp is 125w/Ch at 8 Ohms with 2 Channels.

Can you let me know if my plan to wire the 4 GS5 speakers in series into the sub will work, if powered by the Sonos Amp?

Thanks,

Marc

Hi SgtP3521

Wiring speakers in series is not recommended. Click the link for proper wiring.

I you wire them like this they should work. You will just be using the L and R speaker outputs, not the sub output.
