Receiver unmute
Hi all, when i first set my beam up (connected to arc) on my Samsung tv it would automatically come on with the tv. Now for some reason the tv speakers work first for about 10 seconds then the tv says receiver unmute then it switches over to the beam. Any ideas why it has now changed?

I'm guessing that there's something odd going on with the HDMI-CEC handshake. Try unplugging your TV from the wall for 2 minutes, then plug it back in (that's a real power cycle, not just turning it off with the remote).

Ok, I will give that a shot. The tv has done lots of odd things since i added a firestick a couple of weeks ago.
