If I buy a Sonos Sub from Europe (Germany), can I swap the provided Power Cable (2 pin), for a Power Cable bought in the UK (3 pin plug )?
Is it just a straightforward swap?

Yes, on most Sonos devices. The early ZP products (one of them, at least) has a switch for voltage changes, but most of Sonos’ product line is auto-sensing, and just requires either an plug adaptor, or new cable, as you’ve purchased.
