I’ve managed to aquire 3 old ZP100s which are still in working order. I have added them to my system but they aren’t showing in the upgrade pages.

Are they part of the upgrade program or is there any way to check if they have already been used for this.

If they aren’t showing up as discount available on your account at www.sonos.com, that means the upgrade discount has already been consumed. If the discount has not been consumed for any device, it would show up on that page when you add it to your system. .

If they don’t appear in the upgrade section of your account, I suppose they already have been used for that. Please call Sonos support to confirm that.
