My Connect:Amp light continuously flashes white

It was powered off for a while and when I re-applied power I just get a continuously flashing white light. I have tried a factory reset and just then get a continuously flashing orange/amber light. Removing and reapplying power reverts back to the continuously flashing white light! I can not see the device with my Sonos Controller.

I've got the same problem and I've been on hold for 35 minutes... any way you can provide guidance here faster? 🙂
