How can I link / connect my Google Mini to control my Sono Connect:Amp ?
(My mini has no line out).

For now you'd need to get a Chromecast Audio and wire that to the Connect:Amp. That would get voice controlled audio into the Sonos system.
Sonos say they're working on supporting Google Assistant in voice-enabled Sonos speakers (One, Beam, etc) which could eventually mean being able to tell Google to play on the C:A.
