My Connect was working fine. All of a sudden it stopped working. Went to check on the unit and it was off. No lights on. I tried turning it back on and I get a white light for a few seconds and then it goes off. Tried pushing the play button while plugging it in and the same thing happens.
Is your Connect the only Sonos device you have?



Might the light setting have been changed to OFF?



MIgnt be time to contact Sonos, by phone when they open or 24x7 on Twitter.
I do have other components. Two Sonos One speakers and a Playbase. I can’t get them to be recognized by the Sonos app and they do turn on.



I don’t understand your light comment. I am assuming there is a setting to not see the light when the unit is on to not be seen when viewing your TV.
