Ceiling speakers buzz and distort on bass lines.

Hi, moved into a new build home already fitted with Sonos speakers in the kitchen/diner ceiling. Had a few issues with the app and unit, wouldn’t link etc, but the latest app seems to have sorted that. Problem I have now is when I play my dance music, and the volume and bass are ramped up, the speakers buzz and distort. My Wharfdale speakers never did this but I don’t have space for that system now, and also thought that Sonos might be equivalent in quality and tone. I listened to a set up system in Currys and was impressed with that so was looking forward to the system in my new place. Bit disappointed that I have to turn the bass and volume down to middle settings, and after 6 months of use, it’s no different. Any advice please?

If you hold the speaker when they buzz and distort, does it stop?  I’d check the fixings of the speakers first.

Edit: Correct typos

Ok, I will try it. Trouble is the speakers are embedded in the ceiling, do the covers pop off?

What speakers are they?

Here are the installation instructions: https://www.sonos.com/pdfs/productguides/en-us/sonos_in_ceiling_by_sonance.pdf
