Apple TV 4K HDMI to Amp

I would like to connect an Apple TV 4K directly to a Sonos Amp to run headless (i.e. with no TV) so that I can stream Apple Music lossless to the Amp.

Does anyone know if there is an adaptor that will receive the HDMI input from the Apple TV and output an HDMI ARC signal that the Amp will receive?

I think that something like this may work, but there’s very little explanation of what it actually does.

That device from ebay doesn’t do what you’re looking for, I think. I think it would split the sound off and send it via optical, but not anything beyond a Dolby Digital 5.1 signal. You’d be better served by the Arcana, which would split the signal to HDMI ARC, rather than optical.

The only one I’m familiar with is the HD Fury Arcana.

Thanks. That’s a bit spendy but it’s what I was looking for.
